Services
Monitor provides backlink monitoring, prospecting, and related tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date.
User conduct
You must not use the service to upload or transmit unlawful material or to violate the rights of others. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
Payments & refunds
Paid features are billed according to the pricing and payment terms displayed at purchase. Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion consistent with the published refund policy.
Intellectual property
All content and software provided by Monitor are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You retain ownership of content you upload; by uploading you grant Monitor a license to operate the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete or retain data as required by law or our policies.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as-is" and Monitor disclaims certain warranties to the extent permitted by law. Monitor's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Monitor is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
